These Terms govern the use of the Ladzi website, parent app, and child app. By using Ladzi, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. What Is Ladzi
Ladzi is a family service that helps parents and legal guardians organize a child's daily tasks, create tasks, habit plans, and a system of stars and rewards.
Ladzi does not replace parenting, communication with the child, professional consultations, or medical, psychological, or legal advice.
2. Who May Use the Service
The parent app is intended for parents, legal guardians, or adult users who are authorized to create and manage a family account.
The child app is intended for the child and is used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The child does not need to create a separate account with an email or password.
3. Family Account
The parent creates the family account and is responsible for:
- the accuracy of provided data;
- setting up child profiles;
- creating tasks, habit plans, and rewards;
- connecting the child's device;
- inviting other adult users;
- monitoring how the child uses the app.
4. Child Mode
Child mode is designed so the child can see clear tasks, mark completed tasks, and view stars and progress toward rewards.
Child mode has no public profiles, social feed, communication with strangers, or advertising for children.
5. Tasks, Stars, and Rewards
The parent independently determines:
- which tasks to add;
- how many stars to award;
- which rewards are available to the child;
- when to confirm task completion;
- how to use the motivation system in their family.
Ladzi does not guarantee any specific educational, psychological, or behavioral outcome. The service is a tool for family organization and habit support.
6. Acceptable Use
The user agrees not to use Ladzi:
- to violate the law;
- to upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content;
- to publish third-party personal data without basis;
- to attempt to access other people's accounts;
- to interfere with the service;
- to use the service in a way that may harm a child or other persons.
7. Photos and User Content
If a parent enables photo confirmations, they are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images are appropriate and do not contain unnecessary personal data, documents, addresses, bystanders, or sensitive information.
Ladzi may restrict or remove content if it violates these Terms or legal requirements.
8. Paid Features
During the MVP phase, payments may not be enabled. If paid features, subscriptions, or trial periods are added in the future, payment, cancellation, and refund terms will be described separately before any payment is processed.
9. Service Availability
We strive to ensure stable operation of Ladzi, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruptions, errors, or technical failures.
We may update, modify, or temporarily restrict access to the service to improve performance, security, or legal compliance.
10. Liability
Ladzi provides a tool for family organization. Responsibility for the use of tasks, rewards, photo confirmations, and the motivation system in a specific family lies with the parent or legal guardian.
To the extent permitted by law, Ladzi is not liable for indirect damages, user expectations, family conflicts, or outcomes that depend on individual family circumstances.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
Continued use of Ladzi after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless otherwise required by law.
