This Privacy Policy describes how Ladzi processes personal data of parents, legal guardians, and children when using the website, parent app, and child app. Ladzi is designed to help families organize daily tasks, build healthy habits, confirm completed tasks, and work with a system of stars and rewards.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is:

[Operator name] Address: [Operator address] Email for personal data inquiries: [Email for personal data inquiries]

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child, you may contact us regarding the processing, modification, deletion, or cessation of personal data processing.

2. Data We May Process

We only process data that is necessary for Ladzi to function.

Parent or legal guardian data:

  • name;
  • email;
  • account login details;
  • language settings;
  • family account information;
  • in-app actions, such as creating tasks, habit plans, and rewards.

Child data:

  • child's name or nickname;
  • age;
  • avatar or selected illustration;
  • tasks, habit plans, progress, stars, and rewards;
  • task completion status;
  • parent comments on completed tasks;
  • photo confirmations, if the parent enables this feature.

Technical data:

  • device type;
  • interface language;
  • login date and time;
  • technical logs necessary for security and service stability.

We do not ask the child to provide an email, phone number, home address, or other data that is not needed for the app to function.

3. Children's Data

Ladzi operates on the principle of "parent manages — child uses a safe kids mode."

The child's profile is created and controlled by the parent or legal guardian. The child does not need a separate email or password. Access to the child app can be done via a pairing code created by the parent.

If the child is under 16, consent for processing their personal data is given by the parent or other legal guardian.

4. How We Use Data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • creating and maintaining the family account;
  • creating child profiles;
  • displaying tasks, habit plans, stars, and rewards;
  • parent confirmation of completed tasks;
  • connecting the child's device;
  • sending in-app notifications;
  • displaying progress and statistics;
  • ensuring account security;
  • improving service stability and quality;
  • complying with legal requirements, where applicable.

We do not use children's data for behavioral advertising.

6. Photo Confirmations

A parent may enable the photo confirmation feature for tasks. In this case, the child can upload a photo of a completed task, such as a cleaned room or a performed action.

We recommend that parents do not upload photos containing unnecessary personal data, documents, addresses, bystanders, or sensitive information.

Photo confirmations are used only within the family account and are not published publicly.

7. Who May Access Data

We do not sell users' personal data.

Data may be accessible to:

  • the parent or legal guardian themselves;
  • invited parents or caregivers within the family account;
  • technical providers that help maintain the service, such as hosting, database, authentication, file storage, and stability analytics.

Such providers only access data necessary to perform their functions.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfer

If Ladzi's technical infrastructure, hosting, database, or other providers are located outside the Republic of Belarus, personal data may be transferred abroad.

In such cases, Ladzi takes measures required by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including informing the user and obtaining consent where required.

9. Data Retention Period

We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy.

Family account data is retained while the account is active. A parent may request deletion of the account or a child's profile.

After account deletion, data is deleted or anonymized, unless further retention is required by law or to protect rights and legitimate interests.

10. User Rights

A parent or legal guardian may:

  • request information about personal data processing;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • withdraw consent for processing;
  • request cessation of processing;
  • request data deletion;
  • file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

To make a request, use this email: [Email for personal data inquiries].

11. Data Security

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, deletion, distribution, or other unlawful actions.

The child app does not contain public profiles, a social feed, advertising for children, or communication with strangers.

12. Cookies and Local Storage

The website and app may use cookies or browser local storage for:

  • saving the interface language;
  • saving the user session;
  • enabling authentication;
  • improving app stability.

If analytical or advertising cookies are added in the future, this will be separately addressed in a Cookie Policy or consent settings.

13. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always posted on this page.

If changes significantly affect the processing of personal data, we will notify users in an accessible manner.
